Let us host your corporate events – Ideal Manhattan Chelsea location

The PC Learn Conference and Seminar Center is ideal for training and other corporate events. Our facility is in the heart of NYC’s Flatiron District at historic Masonic Hall in the Chelsea neighborhood. Public transportation, including all major bus and subway lines, is easily accessible. The area has many excellent hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Internet enabled classrooms and meeting halls are configured with wireless LANS for 18 to 300 users.

Through downsizing, many companies have outsourced their end-user computer training; corporate budgets often do not provide for training rooms.

We offer our services and one of Manhattan’s premier seminar, conferencing, and technical training sites to companies without their own New York City venue, and those whose seasonal training requirements create overflow for in-house technology training departments.

Our in-house technical staff will custom configure the facilities according to your specifications, including software installation, network configuration, firewall modification, troubleshooting and projection systems. Our wide selection of classrooms, seminar and conference rooms, and meeting halls, can accommodate just about any size group, ranging from individuals, to groups of 15 or 30, as well as assemblies of 100 or more. We can offer value pricing on state of the art desktop and laptop systems, projectors, and AV equipment as part of a package price. The Center is fully networked (both cabled and wireless) on multiple LANS and internet-enabled with redundant T-1 connections. Our technical staff can readily adjust our firewall to accommodate VPN’s and other special connectivity needs for events. Food and catering services are available upon request.
